Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Certain products such as intimate apparel, perishable goods, and customized/personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How It Works

Step 2 – Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
Step 3 – Send Back the Item
Ship the product to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Step 4 – Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method, or send out the exchange item.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
