It can be hung anywhere indoors or outdoors under a roof without extension cords or an outlet. The wreath is decorated with white-, red-, and blue-painted, textured ornaments and a matching tartan ribbon. It also has 80 warm white LEDs and boughs made of weather-resistant PVC/PE with 145 tips.
